I picked the Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner in BK802 Black Double Shot, since I never tried an Asian gel liner before. They were even kind enough to put in three samples with my package. If you order from them you will receive samples as gifts. So say you order 1 product you get 2 samples. You order three items you get two samples, a nose pack, and a mask pack. They are at random of course, but its a great way into trying new products! More information about the samples I received, later on in this post.
The box that the items were in was such a pretty color. It was a golden like shade that reminded me of the nail polish from Milani - Signature Gold. When I saw the package I instantly went "Oh...what is that!" It is very eye catching and brightens your day a bit. It is way better than seeing the typical cardboard boxes I get.
Now back to the eyeliner! I was so excited to try this product! Like I mentioned earlier it was going to be my first gel eyeliner that I have used which was an Asian brand.
The package that the Drawing Show Creamy Liner comes in is nice pink package that has an example in the front of an eyeliner look you could do.
The package also comes with an eyeliner that you could take a part. The top part of the brush is actually a cap, which I find very interesting. It makes it easy to bring this on trips with its brush, since it won't take up much room. I love the design that is on the jar of the liner. It reminds me of the Las Vegas welcome sign:

I love how it looks sitting inside the jar. It makes me think of an ink well and the brush is your quill. I was hoping that the liner would be just as black on your skin as it does in the jar. And of course it was!
The two eye images above is the eyeliner by itself. How pigmented black is that?
Here is a quick eye look I did of it using Eylure Naturalites 035:
- Inglot Cosmetics #412
- Inglot Cosmetics #376
- theBalm Nude'tude (Silly & Snobby)
- Sephora Collection Smoky Kohl Keep Black eyeliner (bottom line)
- Etude House Drawing Show Cream Liner BK802 Black Double Shot
The cream eyeliner is intense with black color, and has a smooth texture. You could build up with the liner to make a more stronger thick look. I didn't have issue when applying it on my eye at all. And this wonderful eyeliner is waterproof!

In order to remove the eyeliner fully I used my Lancome Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover, which is wonderful!! When I wore the eyeliner it lasted all day for me without smudge what so ever. I love how easy it glides on and a true black eyeliner, and not some off black.
The Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner has three other shades:
- BK801 Black Quick One Shot
- BK803 Gray Double Shot
- BK401 Brown Double Shot
I haven't tried any products from Skinfood, and the only product I have tried from Missha was a BB cream of theirs. So I was super excited and intrigued by the samples I have received. The one that made me so much curious was the Egg White Pore Foam. It seemed like a strange item to have for a cleanser.
Skinfood Egg White Pore Foam is a pore-refining cleanser that has egg white extract in it that deeply cleanses your pores with the foam. It was really different to the usual facial cleanser that I use. As I placed a small amount into my hand it reminded me of egg whites that were peaked. As I began to lather it up on my hands it turned into a foam. It left my skin feeling soft and did not give a weird egg odor. It was more of a perfume flowery scent.
Skinfood Watery Berry Serum is a moisturizer that contains rich moisture particles. After cleaning my face with the Egg White Pore Foam, and a toner I then applied the watery berry serum by tapping it gently upon my skin. It is suppose to give your skin a glowing look. It does give my skin that refreshing look. My only issue with this was that the smell of it could be overwhelming. I am sensitive to smell and it didn't have a fruity scent. Just like the egg white pore foam it was a perfume flowery scent. I didn't get a headache from that one, but the Watery Berry Serum did give me a slight headache. It lingers upon your skin for at least 10 minutes before going away.
Missha Super Aqua Marine Stem Cell Control Emulsion the name of it made me curious. I wasn't sure exactly what it was. I ended up discovering that it is a moisturizer, which is used after a toner. It's suppose to help maintain the balance between the three key factors in a healthy, younger looking skin: Radiance, Moisture, and Elasticity. It doesn't have a sea salt type of smell but it does have a cologne scent to it. Not really overwhelming to me since it went away after a minute or so.
