Review: Sleek Makeup i-Divine Ultra Matte V.1 Brights Palette

Today's review is a palette I came to learn to love.  I had it ever since Christmas, which was given to me by my hubs.  He knew for awhile I wanted this palette, but never bought it.  Sleek Makeup i-Divine Ultra Matte V.1 Bright Palette is not your average sort of palette.  This is a very colorful palette that might be intimidating to those not use to dealing with colors for eyeshadow.

Sleek Makeup claims that: Ultra Matte is intensely creamy, highly pigmented colors that are super blendable.  These mineral-based eyeshadows are so smooth in texture that they are ideal for contouring eyes and creating multi-dimensional looks.
The cardstock package it comes in is very colorful as well.  I find it very eye catching. The packaging is a nice sleek black matte casing, with the words "Sleek Makeup" embossed and has a little shine to it on the lid.    On the inside part of the lid there is a wide mirror and it comes with a duo felt tip long applicator as well.  There is a transparent sheet that lays over the pans that have the names of the eyeshadows upon it.

How colorful is this palette?!  There are 12 matte shades in this Ultra Matte V1 palette.

Swatches were done over NYX Eyeshadow Base White.  Sorry for having some of the eyeshadow base still showing in some parts.

Chill is a nice soft aqua shade.
Pout is a hot pink.
Sugarlite is more of a medium purple leaning towards more of a lavender.  It was a tad patchy here and there.
Dragonfly is a typical bright green shade.
Pucker is another hot pink shade but leans toward a deeper hot pink than Pout does.
BAMM!  is a very vibrant canary yellow.  A tad patchy as well.

Cricket is a parrot sort of green shade.
Bolt is a nice cobalt blue shade.
Strike is an orange red shade.
Floss is a neutral pastel pink.  It isn't that very pigmented upon my skin.
Crete is a neutral very light concrete sort of gray.
Pow is a white that is more of an off white shade.

These matte eyeshadows have some that are soft and creamy in texture and others that are a tad hard but yet still very creamy.  These are very easy to blend around.  If you have a heavy hand, you might deal with some fallouts.  So just tap it to get the excess off.  The shades are very pigmented and a nice primer and base will help pop them out even more.

If you love colorful eye looks this palette is definitely for you.  On the Sleek Makeup site it goes for $9.99 however this product cannot be sold to the US.  There are other ways of obtaining this product VIA Ebay or having someone who lives or is traveling there to grab it for you.  Either way this palette I consider it a cheapo and way better than some medium/high end palette out there.  Sleek Makeup is one of my favorite eyeshadows to use!  I have done several looks with this palette and will post more looks of it as time goes by.

Have you picked up this palette yet?  What do you think of it?  Are you more of a neutral or color or best of both worlds type of girl?

Thank you for stopping by my blog and I hope you have a wonderful day!
