Sleek Make-Up is a cosmetic company that was designed for a dark skinned woman. Their products are cheap, and is considered a drugstore brand. The eyeshadow palettes go for $10 each. When I first saw a look Leesha (xsparkage) did using the palette, I knew I had to get it.
This palette is brightly colored fluorescent eyeshadows! With a few
toned down colors as well. It's a mixture of matte and frost/shimmer
finishes. Some might get scared of this palette cause it screams out
"RAVE!!" While to others, like me, it would be fun to wear as an every
day look time to time.
Sorry for the little mess, I honestly use this palette a lot. The top two blue shades, and the silver shades on the bottom seem soft. So be gentle with those three.

Use a primer and an eyeshadow base to make these color pop out even
more! Look at those colors! I'll admit the neon eyeshadows could be a
bit chalky, but that's pretty normal since they are fluorescent, and not
to mention matte. You might have to build it up, with a brush patting
it on. Do not swipe it on when you're using the neon shades.
